Privacy Policy

The short version

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking on this website.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We collect personal data in two situations only: when you write to us, and when someone signs in to software we operate.

This website

aivmelna.com is a set of static pages. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no third-party embeds.

Our hosting provider processes ordinary server request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — in order to serve pages and block abuse. We do not use it to build profiles, and we do not link it to individuals.

When you email us

If you write to hello@aivmelna.com we receive your email address, your name if you give one, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

Our mail is handled by Google Workspace. We keep correspondence for as long as it is commercially relevant, and we delete it on request.

Google account access

We operate a command-line application, Aivmelna Workspace CLI, which connects to Google APIs. It is used only by Aivmelna to access Aivmelna's own Google account — our mail, our files, our spreadsheets, our calendar. It is not offered to the public and it does not access anyone else's Google account.

It requests access to Gmail (read and modify), Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and basic profile identity.

Aivmelna's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through these APIs stays on machines we control. It is not sold, it is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the application, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and it is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or general-purpose AI models.

Our applications

Voicelna and Sightdex are in development and have not been released.

Each application will ship with its own privacy notice stating exactly what it processes, where that processing happens, and which providers are involved. This page does not make commitments on their behalf, and nothing here gives us rights over data from software that has not been published.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@aivmelna.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle personal data will be described here.
