The site is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is either.
The text, design, and images are ours. You are welcome to link to any page. Please do not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it without asking.
Software
Software we publish is governed by the licence and terms delivered with it. Where those conflict with this page, those terms win.
Some of our software — including Aivmelna Workspace CLI — is internal tooling and is not offered to the public.
Engagements
Consulting and development work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver anything.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or our software to break the law, to attack our systems or anyone else's, or to represent yourself as us.
No warranty, and limits on liability
Everything here is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aivmelna LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
